In fact, we ranked fourth among the nation's top wheat-producing states in 2023. I've always believed that local ingredients not only taste fresher but also require fewer additives. Supporting local farmers is something I'm passionate about as I strive to deliver good food with quality ingredients. 🌾🌾🍞
Now, let me tell you about my special creation—the coconut brioche. It's not your typical brioche; it's lighter, resembling a delightful fusion of traditional brioche and Japanese milk toast. With the rich fragrance of egg yolk and a subtle coconut flavor, it's a unique experience. The creation of this bread happened by accident. One day, with no milk at hand, I used coconut milk as a substitute. To my surprise, the bread turned out incredibly delicious—a taste like no other. The coconut milk magically enhanced the flavors of egg yolk and wheat, resulting in a delightful, flavorful experience without an overpowering coconut taste. With excitement and surprise, I decided to use this dough for our hot dog buns and donuts. I can't wait to share this accidental masterpiece with you! 🥖🥥✨

I personally craft each sausage from scratch, beginning with grinding the meat, carefully measuring the spices, and stuffing the sausages. Even the bacon is made from uncut pork belly. Trust me, the freshness and taste surpass anything you find at the supermarket. Plus, without additives and preservatives, they're a healthier choice too.
My menu isn't just about the usual suspects like frankfurters and bratwurst. I've added my twist with sausages inspired by Russian and Taiwanese cuisine. I love playing around with flavors, and each creation is a playful journey for your taste buds! 🌭✨
